Costa del Sol to submit candidacy for Solheim Cup 2015

The President of the Costa del Sol Tourist Board, Salvador Pendón, has had a meeting with representatives of the travel industry to discuss the Costa del Sol’s candidacy for the Solheim Cup 2015. A biennial tournament for professional women golfers, the Solheim Cup is one of the leading golf events in the world, the equivalent men’s event being the Ryder Cup.
