Instituto Cervantes students visit the Costa del Sol on a trip organised by the Tourist Board

About 20 Spanish students at Instituto Cervantes in different countries have been on a trip to Andalusia (Málaga, Granada, and Seville)Instituto Cervantes students visit the Costa del Sol on a trip organised by the Tourist Board after playing “Spanish Game League,” a game that drew hundreds of participants and rewarded them for their efforts in Spanish learning at various Instituto Cervantes centres. The Málaga-Costa del Sol Tourist Board considers the game to be an excellent activity.

The winners came from Greece, Germany, Turkey, Sweden, Ireland, England, Portugal, Italy, Russia, France, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Austria.

The trip was organised with the cooperation of the Tourist Boards in the three Andalusian provinces, under the coordination of Empresa Pública para la Gestión del Turismo y del Deporte de Andalucía.

The group visited Málaga on November 8 and 9. The staff at the Málaga-Costa del Sol Tourist Board escorted them on a tour of the main sights in Málaga City (Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, and so on) and the most popular restaurants in town. In addition, we made a thorough presentation of our travel destination for them at the Tourist Board’s headquarters.
