Good results at the Fair of European and Latin American Tourism, Art and Culture

As in past years, the Costa del Sol Tourist Board was present in the 6th Fair of European and Latin American Tourism, Art and Culture, EUROAL, to good results. Our presence in this event is in line with our interest in Latin American markets, which are becoming increasingly important.
 
For the third year in a row, our National Marketing Department entered the exchange parallel to the fair, drawing together buyers and suppliers from various European and Latin American countries.
 
The fair used an Internet-based appointment system which was the same as last year’s. On the first day, our stand was visited by clients interested in the Costa del Sol travel offer. For the first time this year, we shared the stand with several Málaga-based establishments, including Myramar Fuengirola Hotel, Cititravel, Gran Hotel Benahavís, Juliá Central de Viajes, Apartamentos Ardales, and Colina del Paraíso holiday apartments.
 
On day two, suppliers visited buyers after making the necessary appointments. We contacted ten clients.
 
We gave information materials to all the tour operators or travel wholesalers we contacted at the fair: travel guides, maps, golf club brochures, the guide of our Convention Bureau, and so on. In addition, we made short presentations of the Costa del Sol for them.
