8.4% more German tourists in Málaga in the first quarter of 2011, way above Andalusian and Spanish averages

In a press conference held this morning, the President of the Costa del Sol Tourist Board, Salvador Pendón, disclosed a series of facts about the German market that reveal it is alive and kicking.
The indicators for Q1, 2011 show an 8.4% increase in the number of German arrivals in Málaga Province. This is way above the Spanish average (+3.8%) and much better than the Andalusian performance, which was negative (-1.8%).
